General registration and participation conditions
Only those dancers can participate in the competitions of World Dance Festival who have sent their registration with all necessary data before the deadline, AND have paid registration/participation fees on the spot (venue of the competition/workshop).
A. Couple Dance Competitions
1. Registration from countries outside Hungary
Couple dance competitions are official International Dance Organization (IDO) competitions thus registration is possible at the national dance associations of the countries around the world. Contact details can be found on IDO website.
2. Registration from Hungary for Hungarian dancers is possible by sending the following data to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it :
- Name,
- Country,
- Date of birth,
- Category and age group,
- Data of partner(s),
- Group name (in case of group only).
Confirmed registration can be followed by anyone on IDO website.
3. IDO Couple Dance Fees:
● Competition registration fee (to be paid only once, independently from number of categories): EUR 15 per pers.
● If the dancer is not a registered IDO member yet: EUR 5 per pers.
● If the dancer has not paid yearly IDO registration fee for 2011 yet: EUR 10 per pers.

B. Hip-hop Competitions
1. Registration

2. Registration fee
IDO registration NOT necessary thus registration fee is EUR 15 per pers. (independently from number of categories, to be paid on the spot).

C. Márcio Ratinho Hip-hop Workshop
90-minute group training where you can learn 2 coreographies
